Alessandro Del Piero believes Juventus 'have space' for Ronaldo

Italy legend Alessandro Del Piero believes his former club Juventus would be 'very happy' to sign Cristiano Ronaldo this summer.
Speculation continues that Ronaldo is keen to leave Real Madrid, feeling the club has not supported him as he looks to fight the Spanish taxman in court for back payments believed to be in the region of £13m.
Ronaldo, who is currently at the Confederations Cup with Portugal as he looks to add more international silverware following last summer's Euro 2016 victory, has allegedly told coach Zinedine Zidane that he is considering his options.
The 32-year-old was thought likely to end his career at the Santiago Bernabeu, but the latest tax developments, with the Spanish authorities also targeting Angel Di Maria and Jose Mourinho, have changed his situation.
Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain have been heavily linked with an offer for the four-time Ballon d'Or winner, while Madrid are thought to be monitoring Kylian Mbappe as a possible replacement.
But Del Piero, speaking to Spanish newspaper Marca, reckons that Juve should be in the hunt for CR7 as well.
He said, "We hope to win the Champions League again.
'And if Cristiano Ronaldo is not happy at Real Madrid and wants to go, Juventus have a lot of space for him.'
Ronaldo scored twice in the Champions League final to condemn Juventus to their second final defeat in three seasons, taking his total for the season to 12 goals, one ahead of rival Lionel Messi.
