The AS Monaco forward has been widely tipped to make the move away from Monte Carlo to the Santiago Bernabeu this summer, but what would their starting XI look like if the transfer came off?

Indeed, there may be a lot of changes that could happen to the Blancos squad over the summer that would alter their preferred XI. Naturally, if Cristiano Ronaldo reverses his decision to leave, then he would automatically make it into the line-up following another incredible goalscoring year, but at the moment it appears he still has his heart set on a move away from Spain.

Karim Benzema is another interesting omission. Zinedine Zidane is clearly a fan of his compatriot, but if Real Madrid were to shell out upwards of £100 million on Mbappe, the youngster would probably not settle for a place on the bench. 

Isco, meanwhile, was one of Madrid's best players in the second half of last season and Gareth Bale remains their most expensive ever acquisition.
